Q: Where are you located?
We are a home-based business serving customers across Canada from the beautiful Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, BC
Q: If I live close by or am travelling through, can I pick up instead of having my purchase shipped to me?
Absolutely! There is a shipping option for pickup. If this is your first order with us, we will send you an email with address and pickup details. We love it when you use the order notes to give us a heads up for when you want it to be ready and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q: My order says fullfilled, but I didn't receive a shipping/pickup notice?
The email notification could have landed in your junk/spam folder. We only mark the order as fulfilled once it has been boxed and shipping label attached or when it is ready for pickup. For shipped items, the tracking number can be found on your order.
Q: What if I can't find the product or color I am looking for?
Ask us! Chances are we can source it and bring it in. Depending on the product we can have it here within 2-3 business days.
