Shipping policy

Typically, we ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt excluding weekends and provincial/statutory holidays. Orders are processed in the order that they are received.

Exception (Insufficient Stock)
In the event we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order, will immediately contact you and offer alternatives and proceed based on your feedback. This includes
- delaying shipping until product is back in stock (time estimate provided).
- shipping immediately for all product in stock and issuing a refund for the missing product.
- any other alternative that might be beneficial to you including substitutions.

Exceptions (Unexpected Delays)
- If we will be away from the store (trade shows, vacation, etc) we will post a notification on the website in advance.
- In the event of a power failure, equipment failure, we will you notify of the delay and process your order as quickly as possible.
- Occasionally, during periods of high volume, it is not physically possible to process all incoming orders within a 24hr period. Orders will be filled in order received. Usually the backlog is resolved by the next shipping day.
