Create a Western look with actual cowhide images.  Note these patterns are not resizable. Patterns are printed in-house on an eco-solvent commercial printer.  Three formats are available:

Heat Transfer Vinyl (printed on Siser ColorPrint™ Easy Print)
Matte Finish Permanent Vinyl (printed on Oracal Orajet 3651) - like 651 Matte
Glossy Finish Permanent Vinyl (printed on Arlon ) - like Oracal 651 Glossy

Application Instructions (permanent vinyl)

• Do not mirror image/reverse, cut design patterned side up.
• Weed excess material
• Use transfer tape to apply to your object to be decorated.

Recommended Transfer Tapes:  Oratape HT55, Oratape MT80P, R-Tape AT-65

TIP: Like all adhesive vinyl, it is not recommended that vinyl-applied items to be cleaned in the the dishwasher. Lamination is available to extend the life of your patterned design.

  • Do not mirror image/reverse, cut design patterned side up.
  • Weed excess material from pressure sensitive carrier sheet.
  • Mask with TTD High Tack Mask (provided with each pattern sheet), then remove the ColorPrint Easy backing sheet.
  • Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  • Apply design at 300°F/149C (heat press)
  • Use medium pressure for 15 seconds
  • Peel carrier warm

  • Do not mirror image/reverse, cut design patterned side up.
  • Weed excess material from pressure sensitive carrier sheet.
  • Mask with TTD High Tack Mask (provided with each pattern sheet) then remove the Color Print Easy backing sheet
  • Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  • Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
  • Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
  • Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
  • Press iron with medium pressure (do not slide iron)
  •  Press each section of design for 15 seconds
  • If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
    and re-press for 5-10 seconds
  • Peel carrier warm
  • Cover completed design and press for 5-10 seconds

ColorPrint Easy Applies to:

100% cotton
Poly/cotton blends
100% polyester
Nylon (testing recommended)
Layering is not recommended

Laundering:

Wait 24 hours before 1st wash
Machine wash cold / mild detergent
Do not dry clean
